Important Notice:
Please do not book or begin any installation work until your goods have arrived and have been fully inspected. We cannot accept responsibility for any costs arising from installation delays or damaged goods discovered after installation.
1. ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND CONTRACT FORMATION
Your order represents an offer to purchase goods from us.
A binding contract is only formed when we dispatch your order and send you confirmation of shipment.
Before dispatch, we reserve the right to:

2. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS AND IMAGES

However, as many bathroom products are handcrafted, manufactured in batches, or subject to design improvements, minor variations in colour, size, or finish may occur.

3. PAYMENT AND PRICING POLICY
Pricing
All prices shown on our Website are in British Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT at the prevailing rate, unless stated otherwise.
Delivery charges are calculated separately and displayed during the checkout process before you confirm your order.
Prices may change at any time due to supplier updates, tax amendments, or market fluctuations. However, once you have placed your order, the price confirmed at checkout will not change unless a clear pricing error is identified.
If an error occurs:

Custom-made or special-order items are non-cancellable once production has commenced.
5. PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE
We are committed to offering the best possible prices on all our products.
If you find an identical product at a lower price elsewhere, we will match that price.
Conditions for Price Match:

The product must be identical in brand, model, and specification.

The competitor must have the product in stock and available for immediate delivery.

The competitor’s price must be publicly visible and verifiable on their website.

The total price comparison must include all shipping or delivery costs.

Excludes auction sites, marketplaces (e.g., eBay, Amazon), or clearance sales.

6. DELIVERY INFORMATION
Delivery Times
We aim to dispatch most stocked products within 3–5 working days.
Made-to-order or special items may take longer.
All delivery times are estimated and cannot be guaranteed due to factors outside our control.
Delivery Days
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Orders placed over weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
During seasonal periods (e.g., Christmas), deliveries may take longer due to courier schedules.
Delivery Areas
We deliver to addresses within the mainland United Kingdom.
Standard delivery applies to mainland UK only.
Additional delivery charges apply for certain postcode areas including (but not limited to):
AB, DD, DG, EH, EX, FK, HS, IV, KA, KY, KW, PA, PH, PO30–41, TR, ZE, BT, IM, GY, JE.
Please contact us prior to ordering for a quote if your delivery address falls into these zones.
Delivery Conditions

Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate.

You must provide a reachable telephone number (preferably mobile).

If you are unavailable to receive the delivery, redelivery fees may apply.

Once dispatch is confirmed, any change of address may incur extra charges.
Pallet Deliveries
Some items are delivered via pallet service due to size or weight.

Delivery will be made to the kerbside nearest your property.

Drivers are not insured to enter your property or carry goods indoors.

We strongly advise having two able-bodied people to receive and move the goods safely.
Inspecting Your Delivery
Upon delivery, please inspect all packages before signing:

If damage is visible, do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately.

If the driver cannot wait, sign the delivery note as “unchecked”.

Any damages or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
We cannot accept claims for damage or missing items reported after this period.
Important:
Do not install any damaged goods. Installation will be deemed acceptance that the product arrived in satisfactory condition.
7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
We hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, if you change your mind, you may return most unused and uninstalled items within 30 days of delivery.
Returns Conditions

Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.

Products must be returned in a resaleable condition.

You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

Faulty or Damaged Goods

We will arrange a free collection, repair, or replacement as appropriate.

In rare cases where a replacement is not available, a full refund will be provided.
We aim to process all valid returns and refunds within 7–10 working days of receipt.

All products supplied by Ultra Bathroom are warranted to be of satisfactory quality and fit for their intended purpose.
Our Liability Is Limited To:
