Refund policy

We hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, if you change your mind, you may return most unused and uninstalled items within 30 days of delivery.

Returns Conditions

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.

  • Products must be returned in a resaleable condition.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a tracked delivery service for your protection.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made, special-order, or bespoke items.

  • Products that have been installed, used, or modified.

  • Items without original packaging.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your item arrives faulty or damaged:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of receipt with photos of the issue.

  • We will arrange a free collection, repair, or replacement as appropriate.

  • In rare cases where a replacement is not available, a full refund will be provided.

We aim to process all valid returns and refunds within 7–10 working days of receipt.
