Where is my order?

I placed an order but haven't received a dispatch email yet.

It's possible that the order hasn't been dispatched yet due to stock availability or if standard delivery was chosen, the delivery date might not have arrived yet.

If the order was placed through the website, an order confirmation email should have been received, which displays the delivery date or estimated delivery date range. Please refer to this before reaching out. If there are concerns about the order being delayed, please contact the team for assistance as they will try their best to resolve the issue.

I have only received a portion of my order.

Depending on the items you have purchased, it is possible to receive multiple deliveries. If you placed your order through our website, you would have received an order confirmation email indicating whether your order would be delivered in more than one shipment. This information would have also been provided during the checkout process.

We recommend checking the boxes of the items you have received as it is common for us to package smaller items securely within the boxes of larger items to prevent them from getting lost during transit.

If you believe that you are missing items from your order and you were expecting them to arrive together, please contact us, and we will make things right. 

Although I have received a dispatch email, my order has not yet arrived.  

Normally, standard deliveries take between 1 to 5 working days after dispatch. If the order is small, it may be delivered the next working day by DHL Parcel UK or DPD, who will send SMS or email notifications to the contact information provided during the order process.

For larger or fragile deliveries, such as those containing glass or ceramic items, the delivery partner will contact you by SMS, email, or phone the day or evening before delivery, usually providing an approximate time slot or alternative delivery day if necessary. If it has been more than three working days since you received the dispatch email, you do not need to contact us as the delivery partner will not reach out until the day or evening prior to delivery. If the delivery time or day is inconvenient, you can directly respond to the delivery partner to arrange an alternative.
