If you're not present at home to receive smaller items, the delivery will usually be attempted on the next working day. In case the courier has left a card or contacted you via SMS or email, you can conveniently reschedule the delivery directly.

Regarding large and delicate orders, our delivery partner must have communicated with you to fix a convenient delivery time. However, if you miss the agreed time, there will be an additional charge for redelivery. The delivery partner will contact you again to arrange a new delivery date.
