How do deliveries work? Will I be contacted first?
We understand that waiting around for a delivery can be a hassle, and we want to make the process as smooth as possible for you. As soon as your order is dispatched, we will inform you, and our delivery partners will proactively reach out to you by phone, SMS or email before delivering your package.
To stay up-to-date on your order, please keep an eye out for two automated emails: the order confirmation email you receive after placing your order on our website, and the dispatch email sent when your order is dispatched.
For small (S) or medium (M) deliveries, DHL Parcel UK or DPD will handle the shipping (unless the item is marked as 'delivered direct from our supplier'), and will send SMS or email updates on delivery progress, usually with a 1-hour delivery slot on the day of delivery.
For large (L), extra large (XL), or palletised deliveries, our specialist delivery partners will take care of the shipping (unless marked as 'delivered direct from our supplier'). If your delivery is marked as 'delivered direct from our supplier', the item will be shipped by the brand partner and delivered by their chosen courier. In most cases, you will receive email, SMS or telephone updates on delivery progress.
