If your order hasn't been picked, packed, or dispatched yet, we can make changes to it. To get the process started, it's best to contact our team right away. We're more than happy to assist you.

However, if your order has been sent for picking, it's no longer possible to make any changes. Our returns policy will provide you with all the information you need on returning or exchanging an item that has already been delivered.
