Something is missing from my order
Our team in the warehouse will scan all items before they are dispatched, so it is unlikely (but not impossible!) for your order to arrive with missing items.
Before reaching out to us, we kindly request that you consider the following:
Did your order arrive in multiple shipments? This information would have been provided during the checkout process and included in the order confirmation email that was sent to the email address you provided.
Is the missing item packaged inside another item's box? Our warehouse often places smaller items inside larger boxes to keep them secure and prevent them from going missing. We usually attach a label to the box to indicate this, but we advise taking a thorough look inside all of your boxes first. If you are certain that an item is missing, please contact us, and we will rectify the situation.
