How do I register a guarantee?
Many of the items we offer come with a guarantee (or warranty) supplied by the respective brand, which usually covers a specific period, ranging from a few years to a lifetime.
Brand warranties establish a contract between the manufacturer and you, the end user. Each warranty has its unique terms and conditions, as well as certain exclusions for components subject to "wear and tear," such as tap cartridges or rubber seals in shower doors. Warranties do not substitute your consumer rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, Sale of Goods Act, or any other applicable legislation.
Details about a brand warranty can typically be found in the documentation that comes with the product, inside the packaging, or on the brand's website.
Some brands may require you to register your warranty shortly after your purchase. The brand should inform you if this is necessary and provide instructions on how to proceed. We strongly recommend that you review and read all documentation that accompanies the products you order from us.
If you have any doubts or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us, and we'll be more than happy to assist you.
